Punta India is located between Playa Ostional and San Juanillo, 8 km. north of Nosara on the coastal route to Tamarindo, in the Peninsula of Nicoya, situated in Guanacaste province.


BY PLANE: there are two companies operating from San José International Airport daily (40 min.):
www.flysansa.com www.natureair.com.
We can pick you up at Nosara Airport or you may rent a 4x4 by yourself and enjoy the way.
Either ways we will arranged about your transportation if you wish.

BY CAR: from San José you should take the interamerican route heading north direction Liberia
crossing the big bridge over the Tempisque river
towards Nicoya. From here you have two options:
-Through Santa Cruz-27 Abril road-Lagarto Beach-Marbella
-San Juanillo or -Through Nosara (on the way to Samara)
-Paya Ostional. From May to November you definitly
need a 4x4 vehicle and we suggest you take the route
Santa Cruz-Marbella.

BY BUS: Alfaro Bus company operates daily from San José
to Nosara (departs from across the Coca-Cola fabric, on the
14th street, and 5th avenue). Try to book one day in advance.
