Hotel Sugar Beach is located in the Guanacaste Province, Costa Rica's North-West, 8 kilometers north of Flamingo Beach . The hotel has a privileged beach front location, surrounded by 24 acres of nature on the private and secluded "Playa Pan de Azucar". ( Sugar Bread Beach ).

Nature is in evidence all around at Sugar Beach . The sounds of birds, monkeys, and the sea creates a sense of awareness and relaxation.

Services

The adobe style entrance with fountain marks the entranceway to Flamingo Marina Resort characterize its relaxed, unassuming atmosphere. As guests make their way towards the spacious, open-air lobby at the far end of the driveway, they are greeted by a full-sized, fenced-in tennis court equipped with night lights.

In the lobby itself is the reception area as well as several quaint 'hacienda' storefronts that house a boutique, dive shop, activities/tour center, real estate and investment office and much more. After registering, they are then escorted to their accommodations through a maze of secret gardens and hidden corridors.

In all, there are 22 Deluxe Rooms and 8 Sportsman Suites equiped with jacuzzi. In addition, there are 43 beachfront and high rise ocean view Condos - nestled behind and off to the side with its own lap pool and 14 Bungalows.

But the heart of the Resort - and its social scene - is found just below the lobby overlooking the marina. Here, guests congregate all hours of the day and night to enjoy the view, the 4 swimming pools, children pool, adult jacuzzi and the famous and renown "Sunrise Cafe & Monkey Bar".

Rooms Description

Whether you are a budget-conscious traveler or one who prefers to be surrounded by all the luxuries of home, Flamingo Marina Resort offers a choice of quality accommodations that cater to your needs. All of which are spacious, comfortable and tastefully appointed.

In the main facility, there are 2 options: the Deluxe Room and the Sportsman`s Suite. The 2 include air conditioning, ceiling fans, safety deposit box, satellite TV, telephone, mini-bar service, private bath complete with hot shower and a terrace/balcony overlooking the ocean.

The Deluxe is also furnished with 2 double beds and the Sportsman`s Suite offers a choice of 1 king size bed or 2 double beds.

In addition, the large terrace/balcony in the Sportsman`s Suites features a private Jacuzzi, cozi rattan furnishings and a well-equipped bar/kitchenette for entertaining.

Also on the premises but separate from the main facility are 3 additional options: The Beach Apartment of 1 bedroom or 2 bedroom and the Luxury Beach Apartment. While all options feature practically all of the same amenities found in the other 2, these are even more luxurious.

The 2 Bedroom Beach Apartment for instance, has a full bath, kitchen, living room, dining room and 2 separate bedrooms each furnished with a queen size bed. The Luxury Apartment is much the same but offers the added convenience of 2 full baths plus a queen size bed in the 1 bedroom and 2 single beds in the other.
